Event Horizon Games is a local board game and card game store in Raleigh, NC. We carry hundreds of game titles including such classic Euro games as Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Carcassonne and Puerto Rico. We also carry a great selection of games for children, role playing games, collectible card games, used books, new and older comics, out of print gaming materials, chess sets, hot and cold snacks and drinks, and more. In addition to our Raleigh physical location, we also sell many of our games online directly through our website.
Event Horizon Games brings to life our concept of what a local game store should be with an open floor plan (click here to see inside), well lit retail and gaming spaces, positive and friendly customer service support, and multiple gaming tables and areas that allow different games to take place at the same time at the same time while not interfering with each other. It is not just a place to build your game collection but also a place to have fun, meet friends and get the most from the games you buy (not to mention trying out new games before you buy). We have focused on bringing together a truly outstanding selection of games in a retail space that's comfortable for both shopping and playing games.
Event Horizon Games hosts in-store gaming events every day of the week and we welcome all skill and experience levels of players from newbies to seasoned veterans.
We specialize in role-playing games, board games, collectible card games, and table top miniatures. We carry everything you need to get started or take your game to the next level. We also welcome special orders and will do our best to track down hard to find gaming items. Our semi private game rooms offer digital tabletops that allow you to move into the 21st century with your gaming while providing you with a quieter and more private atmosphere to enjoy your game.
Most importantly, we understand that our customer service is one of the main reasons people will return to our store, and we focus on delivering the best possible experience for you and your family.
